This is a perfect set up for your vacation and would comfortably accommodate 2 families or larger groups that enjoy their own space in a large villa. There is a large swimming pool with a sun bed deck next to the pool.
Maid service 6 times per week is included Monday - Saturday half day (4 hours).
Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of ฿0.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 before arrival. However if cancelled before 30 days of arrival, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
