A refundable security deposit is required in cash upon check in. The amount varies based on the length of stay:
1–7 nights: 1,000 THB
8–14 nights: 2,000 THB
15 nights or longer: 3,000 THB
The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.
All guests are kindly requested to present a valid identification upon check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
