As soon as you step into the villa, you’re greeted by the sparkling private pool—perfect for a refreshing dip at any time of day.
The main floor features an equipped kitchen and dining area, making it easy to grab a bite and hop right back into the water.
The outdoor dining table is just steps from the kitchen, ideal for long, relaxed meals on the terrace.
On the other side of the villa, you’ll find a cozy living room and a single bedroom—great for kids or an extra guest.
Upstairs, the spacious master suite comes with an ensuite bathroom and a bathtub, offering a private space on one end of the villa.
Two additional bedrooms, each with their own ensuite shower room, are located on the opposite side—perfect for families or groups of friends.
And the best part? You’re just a short stroll from the beach. If you’re in the mood for a bigger swim, the residence also features a large beachfront pool for all guests to enjoy.
Maid service from 9am to 12pm 6 days a week.
We recommend using a car or a motorbike to explore the area.

Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity 7 Water Usage :
Electricity and water are not included in the rental price and it cost 9.5 THB per unit, including water.
Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
