Each of the four bedrooms is a peaceful retreat, complete with en-suite bathrooms. Wake up to the sound of waves in absolute comfort.
Soak up the sun in your private outdoor oasis—featuring a large pool, sun loungers, and direct beach access just steps from the villa.
The sala offers you a nice place for dinner while looking at the sea.
The outdoor gym lets you squeeze in a workout and cool off with a refreshing dip in the pool right after!
Whether you're dining, exercising or strolling the beach at golden hour, this is barefoot luxury at its best.
Cleaning conditions: 1 time every 7 days (including linen and towels change).
For shorter stays, an optional cleaning service is available for 1,200 THB plus laundry costs.

1. Early Arrival and Late Departure:
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Additional Amenities:
For amenities such as extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please contact our staff to confirm availability. These items may incur a separate fee.
3. Island Stay Considerations:
Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity & Water Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 8 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
Your stay includes 12,000 liters of water, usually sufficient for a week. Should you require more, a refill fee will apply
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
