Each of the four bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort and style, featuring en-suite bathrooms, stunning sea views, and luxurious bedding for a restful night’s sleep.
On top of that, 2 sofa beds located in the karaoke room and in the gym room are ready to welcome 4 more guests!
Full day maid service is included 6 times per week. (From 9.00am to 5pm with lunch break from 12pm to 1pm.)
Breakfast option is possible, groceries to be paid extra before shopping, contact us for personal shopper service.
We recommend using a car or a motorbike for access to the villa and to explore the area.

1. Early Arrival and Late Departure:
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Additional Amenities:
For amenities such as extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please contact our staff to confirm availability. These items may incur a separate fee.
3. Island Stay Considerations:
Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 10 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 20,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
