The villa features a spacious living area, perfect for lounging and relaxing after a day of exploring Hua Hin. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals should you choose to dine in.
The two ensuite bedrooms offer a peaceful and private space for guests to unwind. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The master room boasts a large, comfortable bed, and the second room is designed to accommodate everyone, featuring a double bed and bunk beds, making it perfect for families or a group of friends.
Outside, you'll find a beautiful private pool, surrounded by tropical gardens and patio. This tranquil oasis is perfect for taking a refreshing dip or chilling in the sun.
For golf enthusiasts, our villa is conveniently located just a short drive away from the prestigious Banyan Golf course. As an added bonus, we provide complimentary golf clubs for guests who wish to enjoy a round of golf during their stay. So, whether you're a seasoned golfer or simply want to give it a try, we have you covered with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable golfing experience.
Maid service can be booked trough us for 800 baht for half day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) for 1500 baht, pr time.
Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge.
Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 before arrival. However if cancelled before 30 days of arrival, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
