There are 3 large Ensuite bedrooms, each with a Queen-sized bed and fully Air-con. There is a large-sized indoor living room area with a sofa bed where combined European kitchen and fully Air-con) and 2 outdoor living room areas that are pleasantly decorated with the upstairs having a pool table.

There is also a beautiful pool side outdoor kitchen/bar area that is shaded so it can be enjoyed both evening and day time. The villa also has a large garden area with a fantastic sea view.

Maid service is included half day (4 hours) 5 times pr week.

Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 6 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in.
