Inside, it includes a spacious living room with large windows enjoying stunning views of the pool and sea, composed of a high quality, fully Western-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a large TV lounge area.
Maid service is included for a half day (4 hours) 6 times per week.
Please note: Electricity is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
The option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
