Inside, it includes a spacious living room with large windows enjoying stunning views of the pool and sea, composed of a high quality, fully Western-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a large TV lounge area.
Maid service is included for a half day (4 hours) 6 times per week.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 6 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 is required in cash at check-in.

We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
