Additionally, there are two small guesthouses in the garden for added privacy. The villa can accommodate up to 16 people, with 4 bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed and 2 single beds, 3 bedroom with king size beds. 5 Bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.
There are two friendly Labrador dogs on the property. They can be kept away in their enclosed area behind the housekeeper's room if preferred.
No loud parties are allowed on the premises, and the maximum number of guests is limited to 16 at any time, day or night.
Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
