There is also an outdoor decking area which is perfect for outdoor dining experiences.
Nestled in the heights of Chaweng Noi, this beautiful villa offers a sea view as well as an ideal location. There are incredible beaches and stunning restaurants within minutes of the villa. A perfect holiday destination villa with your family or a small group of friends.
Maid service is included half day (4 hours) 5 times per week.
Option for extra beds, food delivery, massage and car or scooter rental are available through our service team every day at an additional charge. Our service team also provide bookings for local attractions and tours.

Please note: Electricity is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
