The kitchen contains gas hob, oven, side by side fridge and freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The villa has 2 beautiful balconies with some of the best views in Hua Hin. The villa has an outdoor covered terrace with its own large private pool of 6x15m with Jacuzzi, bar area with 4 chairs, children's pool, and outdoor shower.

The depth of the pool varies from 90 cm to 1.6m. The children's pool is 30 cm deep. Close by is a beautifully covered Sala with seating area perfect for enjoying the outdoor area while being covered from the sun. Lighting around the entire property gives a majestic feeling with a delicious breeze.

The development has 24h security and is centrally located in Soi 88, a short distance to Market Village, the beach and the centre of Hua Hin. The development also has a common area which has a small gym, large beautiful communal pool with plenty of sunbathing areas. Maid service 6 times per week is included half day (4 hours)!
