Payment in full is due no later than 6 days prior to arrival or upon booking if that date has already passed.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 before arrival. However if cancelled before 30 days of arrival, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
