Entertainment options abound with an LED television, DVD player, and internet TV channels featuring a plethora of sports channels, news, and over 1,000 movies on demand. Live TV is available in multiple languages including English, French, German, Dutch, Russian, and Thai.

The living area seamlessly extends onto a spacious hardwood terrace equipped with ceiling fans, an alfresco dining table, and sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the tropical ambiance while enjoying views of the pool, beach, and beyond. The gated terrace ensures the safety of younger guests.

Kitchen:

The open-plan kitchen is a chef’s dream, fitted with modern appliances including a 4-burner hob, microwave, coffee maker, and two fridge/freezers. It comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, and features a counter that doubles as a casual bar.

Bedrooms:

**Bedroom 2**
On the ground floor, off the entrance hall, lies the spacious Bedroom 2, featuring a king-sized bed and opening onto the veranda. This room can easily accommodate an extra bed and boasts an en-suite bathroom that doubles as a downstairs powder room.

**First Floor Accommodation: Master Bedroom and Bedrooms 3 & 4**
The first floor houses the expansive master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed and a cozy sitting area that can also accommodate an extra bed. Double doors open onto the upper balcony and sun terrace, offering stunning sea views to Koh Phangan and even Koh Tao on clear days. Bedrooms 3 and 4, located at the rear of the villa, each feature a small balcony overlooking the lush, forested hills. Both rooms are furnished with queen-sized beds and ample wardrobe space, sharing a third “family” bathroom.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charge at 7 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 5,000 is required in cash at check-in.
