Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 8 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
