We have large recreational building with many activities. Such as board games, pool tables, karaoke and a saltwater swimming pool with a Jacuzzi in the pool. Our Villa has a total of 14 bedrooms. We have a personal butler available every day. If you want to relax, have fun and happy holiday. We are confident that our villas will fulfill that for you.
The space
Our villas are built in 4 buildings on an area of 6,400 square meters.
Building A is a large villa with 4 bedrooms and a living room inside.
Building B 2 single bedrooms next to each other.
Building C have 2 buildings with 4 single bedrooms next to each other.
Large Recreational Building separated zones into a Dining room and a Board game room.
Guest access
All areas outside the villa. Private swimming pool and outside kitchen except for the recreational building, there will be an additional charge of 6,000 baht. But if you reserve 10 bedrooms onwards, there will be no extra charge.

If you are staying with more than 16 person please let us know. Our villa has 14 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 34 guests.

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
Rules
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
This a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
