This 4 Bed Pool Villa features an open plan living, dining and kitchen, all 4 bedrooms face the sea with 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms.
The villa includes maid service 6 times pr. week half day (4 hours) Monday - Saturday.
There is a second living room upstairs with amazing views and outside is a nice pool, decking, gardens all round with great lawn area up to the beach wall.
This is the perfect get away beach villa for a group of friends of family to enjoy your holidays in.
The villa also has a 24 hours caretaker, and comes with maid service 5 times pr week.
Please note: Electricity and Water is not included in the rental price and our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.

Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation within 30 before arrival. However if cancelled before 30 days of arrival, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
