The western kitchen is nicely equipped for you to prepare a meal.
The outdoor balcony gives you the possibility to drink your coffee while enjoying the view or just watching the sunset.
After an action-packed day, sink into the comfort of your king-size bed in one of two spacious bedrooms. Then, wash the day away under the rainfall shower in either of the two bathrooms before stepping out into the village for the evening.
We've saved the best for last! Venture up to the rooftop to find a cozy, romantic haven. Whether you want to lounge on the sun beds, dine under the sky, or enjoy a relaxing soak in the outdoor bathtub, it's the perfect spot to take in the beautiful scenery.
Please note that cleaning is not included in your stay, but we can arrange it for an optional 1,200 THB fee. (Please be aware that this service does not include bedsheet and towel laundry.)

Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 7.5 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 10,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Happy Elephant is the place! You can also walk to Bophut market during the day.Nice breakfast? Bar Baguette or Sasatorn are both a good choice!
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
