Arrive at the property through an automatic gate, with ample parking for both cars and motorbikes.
The upper level features two ensuite bedrooms, while the floor below houses a sleek western kitchen, a sunlit living room overlooking the pool, and two more ensuite bedrooms.
The fifth bedroom and its ensuite bathroom are located ion the lowest level, offering extra privacy and its own deck just steps from the ocean.
A maid service is provided 5 days a week.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 6 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB10,000 is required in cash at check-in.
