Nestled in a secured residence in Bang Por, this villa offers a tranquil escape for your holiday.
You can easily reach the pristine shores of Bang Po Beach with a pleasant walk of under 30 minutes
From the moment you step through the door, the villa's unique charm welcomes you. The custom teak wood furniture and thoughtful tropical decor create an effortless holiday vibe.
The open-concept living area and kitchen blend seamlessly to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Step directly outside onto the spacious terrace, where you will find an outdoor dining table and a cozy lounge corner. This effortless indoor-outdoor flow makes it easy to whip up a delicious breakfast and enjoy it in the fresh air, facing the lush, vibrant jungle!
The terrace also features a private bar equipped with a BBQ and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the warm weather after a refreshing dip in the large pool.
The first bedroom is located on this same floor and features its own private ensuite bathroom.
Head upstairs to discover a second terrace: the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the cool evening breeze!
This level features two additional bedrooms, each complete with its own private ensuite bathroom. One of these rooms includes a dedicated desk space and offers independent access directly from the villa’s main gate.
Cleaning is extra charge 1.200THB not included the laundry.
Things to note :
1. Early Arrival and Late Departure:
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Additional Amenities:
For amenities such as extra beds, baby cots, or highchairs, please contact our staff to confirm availability. These items may incur a separate fee.
3. Island Stay Considerations:
Please be advised that Koh Samui, being an island destination, may experience occasional power outages during stay.
4. Electricity & Water Usage :
Electricity is not included in the rental price and it cost 7 THB per unit. Our staff read the meters on check in and check out. The electricity cost depends mostly on Aircon usage so please consider this and the environment when staying in the villa.
To support your stay, a complimentary 6,000L water supply is provided. In the event that this is fully consumed, we can easily arrange a water truck refill, which will be billed directly to you.
5. Deposit :
A refundable security deposit of THB 15,000 is required in cash at check-in.

Property Information
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 50% of the grand total is due upon booking. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
